Benefit Bake Program

Part of our mission at American Flatbread is to support local organizations that have an impact on our community. The primary way that we accomplish this is through our Benefit Bake Nights held on Tuesdays at our restaurants, where from 4pm-10pm, we donate a portion of revenue from pizzas to the weekly organization.

Making Your Benefit Bake a Success

The success of your Benefit Bake Night depends greatly on the effort your organization puts into promoting the event. In general, the more advertising and community outreach you do, the larger the donation your organization can expect to receive. We encourage organizations to promote their Benefit Bake through social media, email campaigns, newsletters, local community groups, and word-of-mouth outreach.

Organizations are also welcome to increase their fundraising efforts during the event through activities such as 50/50 raffles, gift basket raffles, silent auctions, bake sales, merchandise sales, and other approved fundraising activities. Strong raffle and fundraising offerings can significantly increase the overall funds raised during the evening.

To help ensure the event is well promoted, we require each organization to provide a handmade promotional sign that will be displayed in the restaurant for a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the Benefit Bake. This sign should clearly identify the organization, the event date, and the cause being supported.

The organizations that generate the highest attendance are typically those that begin promoting early, engage their supporters frequently, and create excitement leading up to the event.
